Is Ethiopia's political landscape changing? There is no simple answer. But what is clear is that the appointment of a new prime minister in early April has spurred an era of hope, especially for the Oromo people, which represents around 30 percent of the country's 100 million people,Vincent Dublange reports in the first of a three part series on Ethopia.
