Former Liberian warlord Prince Johnson says he is supporting incumbent Ellen Johnson Sirleaf ahead of the country'srun-off presidential election next month. He came third in the first round and says he fears being prosecuted for war crimes if runner-up Winston Tubman becomes president. Prince Johnson, who was filmed watching his fighters torture former President Samuel Doe, is now a senator and born-again Christian pastor. Anthony Kessely, president of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas, first met the former rebel when he was a facilitator at a peace conference in Lomé 20 years ago. He is now the head of the main Liberian federation in the US.
