Landmines return to South Sudan

In South Sudan demining agencies have raised the alarm at the rapid rate that mines are being relaid. The country has experienced a spike in mine incidents since South Sudan became independent in July. Agencies say the problem is restricted to northern oil-producing states, where suspected rebel groups operate. How are landmines affecting people’s daily lives in Rokon, a former garrison town?
