Voters go to the polls in the Democratic Republic of Congo later this month amid criticism over the underselling of mining assets. Eric Joyce, a British MP, claims the DRC has lost out on around four billion euros of revenue from the sale of these assets. He says the mining assets are being transferred to secretive shell companies in the British Virgin Islands.
