Rwandan justice minister welcomes Canadian genocide deportation

The Rwandan authorities have welcomed a decision by a Canadian court to deport to Kigali a linguist wanted on genocide charges. Leon Mugesera is accused of inciting genocide two years before the 1994 massacres. Officials in Kigali have expressed regret that the extradition took so long. But Rwanda's justice minister tells RFI the deportation is good news.
