Senegalese presidential election goes to second round

In Senegal incumbent President Abdoulaye Wade has admitted that presidential elections are likely to go into a second round. Unofficial figures show Wade will now probably face former Prime Minister Macky Sall in the run-off. However, concerns are being raised about the time it is taking for official results to come through. Thijis Berman, the head of the EU's electoral observer mission in Senegal, explains the possible reasons for the delay.
