Uganda's Nodding Syndrome leaves experts scratching their heads

Three years after the first studies into Nodding Syndrome were conducted, health experts have failed to come up with the underlying cause of the disease.The mysterious affliction continues affecting children in northern Uganda which is still recovering from the impact of war with the Lords Resistance Army.
