The Dutch language isn't on the tip of the tongue of many Africans. So a long-established Dutch magazine focused on Africa, called ZAM, is about to launch an English-language edition. RFI spoke to the editor - Burt Luirink - to find out how ZAM plans to distinguish itself from the raft of other English-language magazine on Africa.
