Tuareg rebels and Islamists accused of war crimes in north Mali

The US-based NGO, Human Rights Watch, says Tuareg rebels and Islamist groups are committing war crimes in northern Mali. A report accuses them of rape, using child soldiers and pillaging hospitals, schools and government buildings. It says the crimes were committed at the end of March and beginning of April. RFI spoke to Corrine Dufka, Africa Researcher at Human Rights Watch and one of the authors of the report.
