Fighting in the Masisi region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo has forced several thousand people to flee their homes. Some have crossed into neighbouring Rwanda. The renewed wave of fighting began when authorities announced they were seeking the arrest of Bosco Ntaganda, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court on war crimes charges.RFI spoke to Jason Stearns, a DRC expert, about whether seeking Ntaganda's arrest is the best course of action.
