The United Nations and the charity HelpAge released a report this week predicting that, within this decade, there will be one billion people aged over 60 around the world. The report highlighted the plight of elderly women in Tanzania, and found they run the risk of being accused of witchcraft and abused. RFI spoke to Flavian Bifandimu, the program manager at HelpAge.
