Rwanda and Uganda deny support for DRC armed groups

Rwanda and Uganda have denied that they are supporting armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo. According to a leaked United Nations' report, both countries have been arming and supporting rebels, known as the M23, who operate in the eastern Congolese province of North Kivu. French researcher Adam Baczko looks at the accusations against Uganda.
