Ten people are now known to have died following an explosion on Monday in Eastleigh, a Somali neighborhood in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. Following the attack, young Kenyans went on the rampage, looting Somali businesses and homes. The Kenyan police have arrested many young Somalis in door-to-door raids, further escalating tensions in Eastleigh.
