Repression as Zimbabwe votes on new constitution

President Robert Mugabe's police force has detained staff from prominent civil groups and raided offices of election and human rights monitors in recent months. Violence has not hit the levels of the bloody 2008 election but rights groups believe this harassement could be a precursor of worse to come, as the country is to hold a general election in July. Mcdonald Lewanika, executive director of the Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition, fears the worst.
