Guinea Bissau is due to hold elections later this year, but an ongoing political crisis in the country is creating difficulties organizing them. According to a new report released on Wednesday, called Advancing Stability and Reconcoliation in Guinea Bissau, more steps must be taken before elections can be held. RFI spoke to Peter Thompson, the co-author of the report, who argues that more regional help could stabilize the country.
