Nigerian military wants satellite phone ban to counter Boko Haram

Nigeria's military says it is to ban the use of satellite phones in an effort to further isolate certain areas hit by a series of deadly attacks. It says the Islamist group Boko Haram has used satellite phones to orchestrate a series of attacks on schools this week which killed about 18 people. RFI spoke to political analyst and conflict expert Chris Ngwodo, about the usefulness of this ban.
