Vegetarians encourage vegetarianism through delicious food

The French meal has been called an 'intangible cultural heritage of humanity' by the UNited Nation's cultural body, UNESCO. The UN has also said that meat production is one of the key producers of greenhouse gasses responsible for global warming. The French meal is inevitably centred around meat, but there is a growing awareness that eating less meat might be better for the environment and for health. And vegetarians trying to encourage this shift are trying to lead by example.
