Togo's ruling party takes lead in parliamentary elections

The ruling party in Togo has taken the lead in Thursday's parliamentary elections which observers from the West African bloc, Ecowas, say were overall free and fair. But the main opposition coalition, Let's Save Togo, says the poll was marred by irregularities.
