Three years after it started producing crude oil in commercial quantities, Ghana's oil and gas sector is still struggling to find enough qualified workers. This has led several companies to offer scholarships to young Ghanaians for them to pursue further studies in Europe and the US. But there are fears these initiatives could lead to a brain drain, with those receiving scholarships not returning to Ghana afterwards. In the fifth and final part of our series on education in Africa RFI reports from Accra.
