As Rwanda marked the 20th anniversary of the first day of the 1994 genocide that left 800,000 ethnic Tutsis dead, Rwandans in France gathered in Paris for commemorations of their own. With the backdrop of the diplomatic tension between France and Rwanda over France's role in the genocide, a few hundred people gathered in front of Paris city hall on Monday.
