Cameroon's plastic bag ban creates problems

In April 2014, the government of Cameroon banned the use of non-biodegradable bags to combat environmental and health hazards. Government officials said biodegradable bags would be available by the time the ban took effect. Several months later, Cameroonians are still grappling with the insufficiency and high cost of the alternatives. RFI reports on how consumers are coping with this.
