Transportation series part 3: water taxis in Nigeria

In today's final report on public transportation across Africa, we travel to Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, which is known for terrible traffic jams. Many workers spend up to four hours to get to work in the morning -- and again in the evening. Now, water taxis are becoming increasingly popular -- as people try to avoid the city’s chaotic roads. Lagos is a coastal city with several waterways, but transportation by boat is only just catching on. Our correspondent Sam Olukoya reports on beating the infamous go-slows.
