DRC to introduce new treatments to help intoxicated miners

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has one of the richest soils on earth, containing diamonds, coltan and gold for example. But the people working in the mines are exposed to serious health risks. While intoxication kills many, exact numbers are not known. But in September, the DRC will be introducing new medical treatments aimed to help these miners.
