Hundreds of millions of mosquito nets have been distributed across Africa. They have undoubtedly saved countless lives in the battle against malaria. But many of Africa's poorest are using bednets in other ways… including as fishing nets, with potentially harmful environmental consequences. And it’s just one of the methods of illegal fishing that are threatening the Great Lakes of Africa. Benedict Moran reports, from Rukoma, Tanzania.
