Zika virus spreads in Puerto Rico

In the Americas, the Zika virus continues to spread but the US mainland has yet to record a locally transmitted case. Widespread local transmission is already happening on the US territory of Puerto Rico however. Our correspondent Philip Crowther travelled to the Caribbean island, where he met one of the first women there to have been diagnosed with Zika.
