In Los Angeles, home to almost one million of the country’s 11 million undocumented immigrants, the city council is preparing to legalize street vending, an industry dominated by undocumented immigrants. Los Angeles is the only major American city where street vending remains a criminal offense. Correspondent Carla Green has more.
