Preparations for the Commonwealth Games, due to be held in just over a week's time in the Indian capital, New Delhi, are in disarray after a bomb attack on a tourist bus and doubts over whether the venue will be ready in time. North Korea announces it will hold its biggest political meeting for decades next week, and exiled Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy receives a ten-year jail sentence in absentia for posting a map of the border with Vietnam on his website.
