Issued on:

Nato's 28 allies have agreed on an orderly troop withdrawal from Afghanistan by the end of 2014. This as Nato foreign and defence ministers wind up talks today at the organization's headquarters in Brussels. Afghan strategy and the size and funding of the Afghan security forces after 2014 are at the core of the discussions. To find out more, RFI spoke to Jonathan Koopsfrom, a professor of Political Science at Vesalius College and a member of the Global Governance Institute think-tank.
