A recent financial report has indicated that a global shift in the world economic balance is on the cards. It predicts the concentration of high-net-worth individuals, which was split between Europe and the US in 1980, will be greater in Asia than elsewhere by 2050. And this is already the case in some countries. Since 2010 Singapore, for example, has the highest revenue per capita at 46,000 euros per year and is an attractive destination for high flyers from China, Thailand or Indonesia.
