Japan's PM Shinzo Abe tours South-East Asia

Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe is on a tour through South-East Asia, his first foreign tour after his election earlier this month. The trip comes at a time when Japan and China are engaged in an increasingly tense territorial dispute over a group of islands.
