Myanmar Buddhist-Muslim tension spreads to Indonesian camp

Former US president Jimmy Carter warned Friday that deadly religious violence in Myanmar was undermining the country's hard-won democratic reforms. At least 43 people were killed in Buddhist-Muslim unrest in central Myanmar last month. And on Friday a group of Myanmar Muslims killed eight Buddhists at an Indonesian detention centre. Jim Della Giacoma a south-east Asia non-profit project director discusses the tensions.
