Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh begins an official visit to Japan today where he will be looking for a closer nuclear cooperation between the two countries. Negotiations between India and Japan on a civil nuclear energy agreement have been suspended since Japan suffered a nuclear crisis triggered by a massive earthquake in 2011.
