There is growing concern about the security situation in Afghanistan following a deadly bomb and gun attack at a restaurant in Kabul. The attacks come as the country faces a pivotal year, with general elections as well as the scaling down of NATO forces. RFI spoke to Islamabad-based security expert Retired General Talat Masood on the effect of these attacks on Afghanistan's future.
