"Guerrilla gardeners" to defend a city park in Georgia

Issued on:

In the country of Georgia, a small group of self-styled “guerilla gardeners” are all that’s standing between a city park and a luxury hotel development. Since 24 January 2014, a group of "Guerrilla Gardeners" has kept a 24-hour vigil to keep a corner of Tbilisi's Vake Park from being turned over to private developers.
