Elderly in India part 2/4

A major reason why they suffer abuse is that they depend economically on their children. An expanded social pension would undoubtedly improve the lives of older people and their households in India. But government support for those who are feeble remains appalling. RFI's correspondent Murali Krishnan examines the situation in this second report.
