India’s unemployment has spawned an underworld culture of crime and even suicide. New Delhi has one of the world’s highest suicide rates among young people aged between 15 and 29. Analysts feel it is because of a "deep rooted social problem". In the second and final part of this series RFI correspondent Murali Krishnan examines the cost of unemployment.
