Organisation provides education for children in Pondicherry, part 2

In 2010, India’s parliament passed a law declaring that education was a fundamental right for millions of young Indians. It aims to ensure free and compulsory education for all children aged 6 to 14 years. In the second report of two-part series, RFI's correspondent Anthony Carcone discusses how the organisation Sharana has suceeded in encouraging women to play an active role in their community for children in the southern town of Pondicherry.
