South Korean fried chicken has taken Asia by storm and some of the country’s most popular chicken franchises have opened up at locations throughout east and south-east Asia.

Back in Korea there are so many chicken restaurants that regulations have had to be passed to limit how many of them open in one area.
But there’s a darker side to Korean fried chicken which is causing some restaurant owners to go bust.
