The Maison Rouge in Paris extends Artur Walther After Eden photo show
Issued on:
Play - 10:00
At the Maison Rouge (the Red House) in Paris, the photo exhibition After Eden is less eclectic than meets the eye. Curator Simon N'jami tells his story of the world from North America to Europe to Africa to Asia, using the biblical Fall as a starting point and Artur Walther's photo collection to compose each chapter. The story is read through series of portraits of people and plants, landscapes, urbanscapes, stills-videos, historical and erotic photos. Artur Walter, like all collectors, chooses his photos methodically. N'jami investigates the links between the various series.
