Quai Branly museum celebrates its 10th anniversary
Quai Branly, Paris’s museum for non-Western arts, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. France’s former president Jacques Chirac was the driving force behind the museum, and as part of the anniversary festivities, Quai Branly has mounted an exhibit to pay homage to him: Jacques Chirac – the Dialogue of Cultures. And Chirac’s name has been added to the museum’s name – it is now, officially, the Museum of Quai Branly/Jacques Chirac.
