Procol Harum entered music history in 1967 with the song Whiter Shade of Pale. It marked the "summer of love", topping the charts from London to Paris to Venezuela. After their recent concert in Paris, singer and pianist Gary Brooker, the only remaining original member, talks to RFI about success, Englishness and what it means to be “the only one”.
