Greece hopes for new beginning with latest rescue package

Greek leaders have described as "a new beginning" a eurozone and IMF rescue package to avert bankruptcy. On Tuesday eurozone finance ministers agreed in principle to transfer 43.7 billion euros to help the country avoid default at the end of the year. Antony Papadimitriou is part of a group that works to boost Greek ties with Europe.
