United Nations agencies are warning rising food prices could leave one and a half billion people at risk around the world. According to a UN report published earlier this week, prices for rice, wheat and other key foods are expected to remain unstable and possibly rise, affectin poor farmers and many countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
