Central African Republic's François Bozizé heads to Gabon for talks with Seleka

Issued on:

The President of the Central African Republic, François Bozizé, is on his way to Gabon for talks with the Seleka rebel coalition. But it's unclear if talks are going to open in Libreville today because the rebels, who now control most of the country, have asked for more time to prepare. They are calling for regime change. RFI talked to Lydie Boka, of StrategiCo, risk consultants who are based in Lille, France.
