Senegal's fashion designer Sophie Zinga Sy explains Dakar move

Paris likes to think of itself as the European capital of fashion. However in Africa, the place to be for fashion is Dakar in Senegal. The Senegalese designer Sophie Zinga Sy recently relocated her design workshop from New York to Dakar, where she's also opened her first shop. Invited to show her summer collection at last week's Black Fashion Week here in Paris, she told RFI about the joys and challenges of working out of Africa.
