First meeting in two years between North and South Korea

North and South Korea will hold their first meeting in two years in the border village of Panmunjom. The talks are aimed at paving the way for higher level negotiations. The two nations unexpectedly reached a snap agreement on Thursday on opening a dialog. Aidan Foster-Carter, an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Univeristy of Leeds, says North Korea might actually use the dialog to head off pressure to renounce nuclear weapons.
