India, Russia boost China ties

Leaders of two of the world's biggest economies, Russia and India, have met Chinese leader Xi Jinping this week. India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Beijing on Tuesday for a three-day business and defence visit. Russia's Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev arrived hours earlier and Russia signed several oil and gas contracts. Peter Ferdinand, a senior specialist on international relations at Warwick University in England, discusses the ties between China, India and Russia.
