With few professional opportunities at hand, many Portuguese have taken the decision to leave the country. 2011 saw an increase in emigration of 85 per cent. Those leaving are mainly under 30 and highly educated. One of the countries they choose is the Netherlands. Four of these new migrants explain how they are adjusting to their new life.
