French companies don’t always have a positive image – hierarchical, hotbeds of stress, even suicide. And the financial crisis has further sapped morale. But a recent opinion poll showed around two-thirds of the French are very attached to the company that employs them. And for one day each year they have the chance to say so with the “J’aime ma boîte” or “I love my company day”, now in its ninth year.
