There's a French saying "The cowl does not make the monk", meaning it's not enough to just look the part. But when you're looking for a job, not looking the part can seriously hold you back. The non-profit organisation La Cravate Solidaire (Solidarity Tie) provides unemployed people with both the right look and interview techniques to help find work, as we find out at a workshop in their offices on the east side of Paris.
